DREW
Drew is into basketball and football. Basketball just got over with and the team had a ton of kids that had never played before so the record wasn’t like football last year, but they got better every week and won three of the last four. They never gave up no matter the score so that was great heart.
Football starts tonight and Drew is ready. He hopes to play quarterback, but it’s going to be a tough road because they have a starter. He’s hoping to take the position or be second string. He’s been going up to Denver on Sundays and working with a quarterback clinic. It’s amazing how footwork helps throw the ball and Drew has responded really well. We’ll see how the work pays off.
But I think even if he doesn’t play QB, he is a killer linebacker. Just have to keep feeding him red meat and make him meaner. :o)
